It uses the energy of indulgence to rot their charm and expose their true nature to everyone around them. Their beauty collapses, their appeal decays, and the mask slips away. Others recoil. They become repulsive in the eyes of friends, lovers, and colleagues. Their social power collapses while their reputation crumbles. This working is performed strictly on the target and does not alter the client’s perception of them in any way. The client remains untouched in how they see or feel about the target—the curse is for public and social ruin alone. The rite calls upon Sathiel and Phoriel, spirits drawn from the Ars Paulina and Ars Theurgia-Goetia. Sathiel governs perversion of desire and the collapse of false beauty; Phoriel distorts emotional response, ensuring others withdraw and recoil. Together they weaponize overindulgence until the target is socially and spiritually eaten from the inside out.
