        •       Terms of Services apply to all clients. It is your responsibility to read and understand them before proceeding with any services.

Disclaimer:
        •       All sessions are scheduled with a day on the calendar, but please allow for a 1-3 day grace period for personal sessions to ensure that your reading is completed. If an emergency arises, we can often accommodate urgent requests with a special fee (this does not apply to divination specials).
        •       Readings are typically completed on the day of your scheduled appointment, but if you’re booking during a sale or special, there may be a wait of up to one week due to high demand. We will announce any delays on our Instagram, so please keep informed.

Booking & Payment Information:
        •       All payments must be made directly through our website, which is connected to PayPal. You will need a verified PayPal account, and your booking name must match your PayPal name.
        •       Do not pay with an E-check if you require your reading urgently, as E-checks are held for a week by PayPal, meaning we cannot process your payment until the funds are released.
        •       There are no refunds once services are booked, so please be aware of these important details before you book.

All divination bookings and communications should be handled through Instagram, as this is our platform for delivering readings. Given our high client volume, we may not always be able to respond immediately, so we ask that you make the effort to contact Hailey directly on Instagram for your reading.

This specific consultation is intended only for those who have recently received a Divinatory service and require additional time to go over that reading. It is not for new inquiries or unrelated topics.

 

Each reading includes a basic consult to ensure you understand the insights presented and receive any service recommendations. Most of our clients appreciate this and allow us to complete the process efficiently. However, due to an increasing number of individuals who repeatedly message after a reading—asking the same questions, disregarding our advice, or pushing for services we did not recommend—we must now enforce boundaries to protect our time and maintain the high standard of service we offer.

 

If you’ve been directed here, it means your reading warranted deeper discussion, and we’re happy to allocate more focused time to support you properly. But if you’re continuing to message after your reading without regard for our time or instructions, we will no longer respond outside of a booked consultation.

 

We ask that all clients respect our process and understand that our team serves a high volume of clientele. Professionalism, clarity, and mutual respect are essential. This consultation is a privilege extended only when appropriate—not a catch-all for ongoing or excessive follow-ups.
